Mindfulness Meditation GRATITUDE: COUNTING OUR BLESSINGS

Gratitude is all too often seen as a quality expected of us. But far more importantly, to be grateful is itself a great gift that ennobles us, affects the way we see our life and live it. At the end of the year, it is good for us to count our blessings, and reflect on the gift of gratitude and its blessings:

  • Gratitude transforms us and our experiences
  • Changes our attitude to the inevitable ups and downs of life
  • Helps us appreciate and be mindfulness of the blessings of life
  • Expands our hearts and opens us to receive all that comes our way

If the only prayer you would say in your whole life is “Thank You” that would suffice.
